Scientific Activity

Dr. Delidis is the founder and Scientific Director of the Specialized Clinic for Voice & Swallowing Disorders at the "Attikon" University General Hospital, where he has treated over 2500 cases of voice, swallowing, and airway disorders.

He is one of the pioneers in Greece in the fields of:

• Sialendoscopy
• Laryngoplasty for restoration after laryngeal paralysis
• Reinnervation surgeries for laryngeal paralysis due to thyroidectomy
• Surgeries for laryngeal, tracheal, and cervical esophageal stenosis

Since 2010, he has been the head of the European Educational Center for Sialendoscopy in Greece.

Academic Career

• Associate Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens (current position)
• Assistant Professor of Otorhinolaryngology (2016)
• Lecturer of Otorhinolaryngology (2010)
• PhD from the University of Athens (2004) with a thesis on the application of fractal dimension in the prognosis of patients with laryngeal cancer
